Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 30 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened with seals in tact. If an item has been used/opened we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product.
To cancel or return goods please contact us via email quoting your order number.
However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us; the item must be retuned un opened and with the seals in tact or the refund will not be approved.
If you return it for any other reason (for instance, because you consider that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and make a decision as too wether we will issue a refund. We will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective Product in full.
8.2 We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Refunds will only be given with in 30 days of the purchase and as previously stated the products must be intact with the seals in tack. A refund will not be issued after the 30 days has passed.
